Payment & Refund Policy
Registration and paid-vote transactions are governed by the official competition rules and applicable law.
Registration fee
The registration fee is $150 USD and is described as non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where the committee approves a verified duplicate-payment or technical-payment correction.
Paid votes
Paid votes are intended to be final once a payment is successfully completed and verified. Failed, pending, cancelled, refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or charged-back payments must not be included in final certified results.
Payment processor
Live payment credentials are not distributed in the website ZIP. The approved secure payment processor or payment link must be configured separately by the administrator.
This policy is a launch-stage operational summary and should be legally reviewed before live paid voting is activated.
