Participation is subject to eligibility review, official competition rules, voting guidelines, and final committee certification.
Participation
Applicants must meet the stated Texas eligibility requirements, provide accurate information, pay the applicable registration fee, and comply with competition rules.
Promotional permission
Approved contestants may authorize the competition to use approved business names, logos, photos, and submitted promotional materials for competition-related promotion.
Voting and results
Only eligible, verified transactions count toward certified vote totals. The committee may review suspicious, duplicate, refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or charged-back transactions.
Final certification
Public results remain unofficial until reviewed and certified by the Dream Business Texas Awards Committee.
